- Wedding Announcement (Werner/Wachter)Posted on: 2004-09-07Don & Roselee Wachter of Phoenix, Az. previously of Overland Park announce the engagement of their daughter Rebecca Lynn to Mark A. Werner of Phoenix, Az previously of Waterford Mark is the son of Carole & Fred Werner. Mark is an attorney in private practice. Rebecca assists in the law practice. Mark & Rebecca attended elementary school together and after attending different high schools and universities they were reunited in 2000. They discovered that they were both born at St. Lukes Hospital K.C. just three months apart and were delivered by the same doctor. They were married August 26th. in Phoenix.
